About these articles

Who writes them, who can read them, and how a piece ends up on this page.

Do I need an account to read any of this?

No. Every article on this page is open to anyone who lands on it, signed in or not. There is no paywall, no read counter and no email gate. An account only matters when you want to publish something of your own.

Who writes what appears here?

Members do. Anyone with an Inkwirely account writes in the editor, hits publish, and the piece appears in this list straight away with the author credited under the headline. Drafts stay private until that moment, so nothing goes out half finished.

How do I get my own article on this page?

Create a free account, open the editor, and either write from scratch or paste in something you have already published elsewhere. Give it a title, a category and a cover image, then publish. It lands at the top of this list and in the sitemap the same day.

Can I take an article down after publishing it?

Yes, from the Posts page in your account. Moving a piece back to draft pulls it off this page and off its own address immediately. The writing stays safe in your account so you can rework it and publish again whenever you like.

What is the difference between an article and a bookmark?

An article is writing that lives here in full. A bookmark points at a page somewhere else and carries a short note about why it is worth opening. Articles sit on this page, bookmarks sit in the directory, and plenty of members use both.
