Our story

We are building the content distribution tool we wished existed.

Inkwirely started out of frustration with the gap between writing a great post and getting it read by anyone outside your own followers. So we built the missing middle.

Team collaboration
Why we exist

Distribution is the unsexy half of content marketing.

Most marketers we know spend weeks on a great essay, then twenty minutes mashing the share button on social and calling it a day. We had run that exact playbook ourselves at three different companies, and every time the result was the same. Polished writing, a brief spike, and silence.

The teams that actually broke through were the ones with relationships at niche outlets, a roster of freelance pitch writers, and a senior editor willing to play traffic cop. None of that scales. None of it is fun.

Inkwirely is the version of that playbook that runs on autopilot. A vetted network of niche publications, an editor that drafts your pitch in your voice, and a dashboard that tells you what worked and what did not. Built so a one person team can punch above their weight, and a busy marketing manager can sleep on weekends.

What we believe

Five opinions we hold strongly.

A short list of beliefs that guide how we build the product, how we treat customers, and the ones we politely decline to work with.

Real writing wins

The internet has enough text. We help good writing find readers, and we politely decline to power content farms or spun rewrites.

Publishers are partners

Every site in our network is a real business. We pay them fairly, audit their quality, and walk away from any relationship that asks us to compromise.

Honest analytics, always

Our dashboards report the numbers that move your business, not vanity stats designed to make you renew. If a campaign flopped, the chart says so.

Your work is your work

We never train models on your drafts. We never resell your audience. The data your account creates belongs to your account, full stop.

Speed is a feature

Marketing teams cannot afford a five tab software stack. Every screen we build has to load fast and finish the job in under three clicks.

Profitable, not predatory

We charge a fair monthly price, refuse upsells that do not earn their keep, and aim to be the kind of vendor you forget you are paying for the right reasons.

The people

A small team that writes too.

Twenty four people across three continents, half of whom were marketers or journalists before they were software builders.

About the company

The questions investors, journalists, and curious customers tend to ask first.

Who founded Inkwirely and where is the team based?

Inkwirely was founded in 2023 by Aarav Kapoor and Mira Khan, who met running marketing for the same SaaS startup. The team is twenty four people split across Mumbai, Lisbon, and Austin, with no plans to grow beyond fifty. Slow hiring is one of our values.

Are you venture funded?

We raised one small seed round in 2023 from a handful of operator angels who run marketing teams themselves. We have been profitable since the start of 2025 and have no plans to raise again unless it helps customers in a way pricing cannot.

How do you decide which publishers join the network?

Every publication is interviewed by our network team and screened against six criteria including domain history, monthly readership, indexing health, content quality, audience overlap with our customers, and commercial alignment. About one in eight publishers who apply make it through.

How do publishers earn from being in the network?

Publishers receive a monthly payout based on the volume and quality of pieces they accept and the reader engagement those pieces earn. We share roughly seventy percent of our paid plan revenue with the network. It is the cleanest way we have found to align everyone toward great work.

Are you hiring? How do I get involved?

We hire slowly and carefully. Open roles go up on our careers page when we have one. The fastest way to get on our radar is to be a power user of the product and write thoughtfully about content distribution. Several of our best hires came from the customer base.

How can press or analysts reach you?

Email press at inkwirely dot com and you will hear back from a real human within two business days. We are happy to brief on category trends, customer stories, and our roadmap. We do not do paid placements or sponsored coverage in either direction.
